As part of EUFEPS, the European Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences (main office in Stockholm/Sweden, main website at http://www.eufeps.org/ ), the EUFEPS Branch Office for in-silico Systems and Learning was established in 2007 (*) at the University of Vienna/Austria in order to support and promote all kinds of activities related to computer-aided teaching/learning ("eLearning")  in the Pharmaceutical Sciences. Our main tasks are:

  • to bring people together who are active in pharmaceutical eLearning
  • to establish communication facilities (mailing list, forum,...)
  • to locate best-practice examples, increase visibility
  • to build a catalogue of resources
  • to assist in establishing European collaborations in pharmaceutical eLearning

(*) The Branch Office was funded by the Faculty of Life Sciences from 1 July 2007 until 30 June 2009.
